Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers must contact us via Etsy messages or our official support email within this period to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags intact, and accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Accepted Reasons for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged or defective, is not as described, or if the wrong item was received.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required before approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
Items showing signs of use or wear are non-refundable.
Items returned after the 14-day period are not accepted.
Return Process
Customers must contact Kabiladresses with their order number and reason for return.
Photos or videos may be requested for verification.
Once approved, instructions for a refund or replacement will be provided.
Please note that due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returning items to our suppliers is often not required. In most cases, Kabiladresses will offer a refund or replacement without requesting the item to be returned.
Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to damage, defect, or our error, Kabiladresses will cover the cost or issue a replacement or refund.
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
